What is raw food?
Raw food is food that has not been heated above 45°C/115°F at any stage of its preparation process, so it naturally retains all its vitality, nutrients and enzymes. Such foods include all fresh and dried fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, mushrooms, cold-pressed juices and smoothies, nuts and seeds, and all meals prepared from these without heating. Instead of heating, you can use, for example, fermentation, germination, drying, marinating or chopping. You can definitely survive on cooked food, but raw foods are the optimal food for our bodies. If you really want to be healthy, I recommend focusing on nutrient-dense, alkalizing, energizing and hydrating raw foods. By eating raw food, you reduce your carbon footprint, stay at your ideal weight, have more energy, sleep better and get in best health overall. Chronic diseases are often cured when the body is given proper nutrition and rest.
I chose raw foods years ago because of the healing and cleansing properties, and for maximum and most stable energy in my life. Raw food diet can be approached in many ways and either short term (for healing) or long term (to prevent illness or to maximize your potential atm). I fell in love with raw foods even more when I noticed that they are really tasty without salt and oil. In addition to the great flavors, my physical and mental health improved tremendously. Before switching to raw food, I suffered from depression, anxiety disorder, nausea, acne, itching, abdominal pain, muscle pain, joint pain, mucus, constant illness and fatigue, various infections, lack of interest and inspiration, breathing difficulties, sensitive teeth and gums, dry eyes and other signs of dehydration, bloating, cravings and insomnia. For me, these problems are gone nowadays, and hopefully soon for you too! At first it might not feel like the easiest lifestyle, but I will help you to succeed and fell in love with it too!
Anyone can offer nutrition coaching and work as a nutritionist, but unfortunately not everyone of them are educated, professional and trustful. And even if they were, please always follow your own path and listen to your own heart. You are allowed to choose your own diet and not feel restricted or guilty about it. I studied raw food nutrition in 2022-2024 (although the learning never ends!) in the best school Mastering Raw Food Education founded and run by Dr. Rick Dina and Dr. Karin Dina.
Who needs nutritional coaching?
I recommend nutritional coaching if you want to switch to a delicious and filling plant-based raw diet or other healthy plant-based diet. Nutritional coaching is also suitable if you have a physical or mental illness or problems, but you don't want to numb the symptoms with drugs, but really want to get rid of it. My nutritional coaching is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender, dietary background or lifestyle. You don't need to have any previous experience and knowledge of nutrition or preparing raw food or plant-based food. You also don't necessarily need special and expensive kitchen appliances and utensils. With the help of living foods, you will get your joy in life back! I offer a variety of plant-based nutritional coaching, personalized according to different health conditions and life situations. It doesn't matter if a 100% raw diet is not possible for you right now. I'll take in consideration your preferences, allergies, activity and different daily routines and habits. Whether you have previous experience with live food or not, you will reach your goals with me!

Raw food courses:
3-hour raw food cooking class (online) 190€

The online raw food cooking class includes recipes, shopping lists, written instructions, live connection and teaching. You will be in charge of buying the ingredients for yourself. At the end we will sit down to have a raw food feast together via video call while I tell more about raw food nutrition.
Face-to-face cooking class includes recipes, instructions, kitchen equipment, ingredients, help and the teaching. At the end we will sit down to have a raw food feast together. This course can be arranged at your home, in a rental kitchen, or in any place you choose. *The cost is 290€ for one person and each extra person adds 40€ to the price.
